Consultation Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I want this to be as flexible and fair as possible while respecting both our time. Here’s how rescheduling and cancellations work:

✔️ Need to Reschedule?

  • You can reschedule once if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before your session.
  • If you cancel entirely, your payment can be applied toward a new session within 30 days of your original booking.

✔️ Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you don’t show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your session, your payment is forfeited unless it’s an emergency.

✔️ What If I Need to Reschedule?

  • I have a family, and sometimes life happens! If I ever need to reschedule due to family commitments, I’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide new date options.
  • If you’re unable to reschedule, I will offer a full refund.

✔️ Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of this service, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule within the allowed timeframe, your payment will carry over to the new session.
